Geelong coach Chris Scott wants the Cats to have a pool of 30 players available and ready to contribute come September.
Answering a supporter’s question on Tweet the coach on CATS TV, Scott said that he believes the constant changes the team has faced this season will be beneficial come the end of the year.
“We’re trying to produce a big group of players that can come in and do the job week in week out,” Scott said.
“We would like to think that even if we make 2-3 changes we will play the same way. Come finals time, if we have 30 players that can come in and play, that will be a positive thing.”
