North Melbourne Football Club premiership stars Wayne Schimmelbusch and David Dench will highlight the Kangaroos fan appreciation training night at Arden St on Monday.
The Roos will continue their preparations for the Round 1 clash against Collingwood with the 4.30pm afternoon training session at Arden St on Monday (March 26). The evening is specially designed for fan interaction with the 2007 players.
Players will be signing autographs on the ground at 4pm with the warm-up for training expected to start at 4.15pm. The players will again sign autographs at the completion of training.
Schimmelbusch and Dench will be on-hand at Arden St to begin celebrations of the 30th Anniversary of the 1977 Drawn Grand Final thanks to Mazda, the Roos joint major sponsor.
Both Schimmelbusch and Dench, along with other 1977 stars, will be part of the match day celebrations at the MCG, which includes the Mazda Interactive Marquee, which will be located at Gate 3 from 12pm, and as a part of 1977 GF pre-match cavalcade.
On Monday night however fans will have the chance to secure the autographs of the former captains, as well as an opportunity to have their photo taken with both legends and the 1977 Premiership Cup.
Roos fans will be able to purchase membership and merchandise on Monday night, and the Peninsula Ladies will be running their famous sausage sizzle to coincide with training.
