A rare opportunity has arisen for a hard working, reliable and professional individual to join our Finance and Administration Department as the Accountant.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to communicate and build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supported by the ability to multi task and work well under pressure whilst maintaining an exceptional attention to detail. This position is a hands on role which assists the Financial Controller in all aspects of the Accounting function. The successful candidate will be broadly responsible for maintenance of the General Ledger, along with other key tasks such as the Club’s taxation requirements and risk management obligations. A high level of integrity and respect for confidential information is required.
This role will suit a person who is recently CPA/CA qualified (or working towards) and enjoys challenges in an exciting environment, with a focus on development of their skill set for future progression.
The ability and willingness to work on game days throughout the football season and out of hours at other Club events is essential.
