Over 450 members heard the call, and signed up as a result of the Club’s Membership Telethon on Thursday night.  The whole Club came together, with players, staff and directors gathering at the call centre of our naming rights partner - Primus - to phone the 5700 members from 2007 who have not yet renewed this year. 

Many of the players were met with disbelief when they dialled the numbers, and had to spend some time convincing the person on the other end it was actually them. Brad Green and Cale Morton paired up and tackled the family membership category while Aaron Davey and James McDonald called adult and concession members.

The Club was divided up into two teams (naturally named the Red Team and the Blue Team).  Competition was fierce, with Robbo’s Blue team edging ahead early in the night, only to be beaten in the last minutes by Millsy’s Red Team.
