Ireland's Graham Geraghty faces a nervous wait after being cited for engaging in rough play following an incident involving Australia's Lindsay Gilbee during the First International Rules Test played in Galway on Saturday night.According to a statement released by the AFL-GAA control committee for the 2006 International Rules series at 5 am (AEDT) on Wednesday, Geraghty will face a tribunal panel to be nominated by the committee no more than 48 hours after the initial citation."Under the provisions of the Laws of International Rules Football, developed jointly by the GAA and the AFL, a member of the control committee can lodge a report against a player or official for an alleged reportable offence (Law 2.1.4)," the statement read."Today, Tuesday October 31, control committee representative Kevin Sheehan (AFL), issued a notice of report arising from last Saturday's first Test between Ireland and Australia, played at Pearse Stadium in Galway on Saturday October 28."Graham Geraghty, Ireland, (is) reported for engaging in rough play against Lindsay Gilbee, Australia, during the third quarter of the First International Rules Test between Ireland and Australia, played at Pearse Stadium."Geraghty, who plays for County Meath in the local league, is a double All Ireland medal winner and is one of Ireland's most experienced players.
