Adelaide's playing squad took part in a gruelling '24 hour challenge' near the South Australian coast as part of a pre-season training camp.

The camp consisted of a number of challenging activities that tested the players' bodies and mind.

In a special edition of Channel Crow Andrew McLeod gets behind the camera to take supporters through the camp.

Day 1 started with a bike ride from Victor Harbour to Waitpinga that posed some tough hill climb's, followed by some trekking and running activities in the afternoon.

The players then had to participate in a beach activity from midnight to 2am and with an early start at 8am for another day of activities, each player was drained by the end of the camp.
