Hawthorn Football Club has been notified by player Bradley Hill that he is expected to be charged on summons in relation to a speeding violation he incurred in Perth last night.

Bradley was detected speeding in Bridgewood, Perth at approximately 10pm last night (Wednesday 28 December) and instead of pulling over he panicked, turned a corner and drove away from police to a friend's house nearby.

Police later questioned Bradley, who fully admitted to failing to pull over. Bradley had not been drinking and blood alcohol tests confirmed this.

He is awaiting further contact from police in relation to the matter. The Club's leadership group will meet with Bradley in the new year.
