Fremantle hardman Troy Cook says the Dockers plan to run Sydney off their feet in next Friday night's preliminary final at Telstra Stadium as the Dockers bid to reach their first AFL grand final. After 183 games with the Swans and the Dockers over a decade, Cook finally tasted his first finals success on Friday night as Fremantle beat Melbourne by 28 points at Subiaco to reach the last four for the first time. But Cook is far from satisfied with just winning one final, revealing the team already has its sights set on how to beat the reigning premiers."The last 11 weeks it has all been about a team approach," he said of the Dockers' massive improvement, which has seen the club win ten of its past 11 matches since the Swans thrashed them at the SCG in round 13."What we have done is someone has run hard for 10 to 12 minutes and then come off and the next person then has got a job to do and we try to break teams down with our run.""Sydney has showed they are the team to beat this year but we are looking forward to the challenge.""Hopefully we can match them one on one and then outrun them in the end."And Cook believes the fact the match is being played at the larger of the Swans' two home grounds - Telstra Stadium - will suit the Dockers' game plan."None of our boys have played there but I think it will be good for us," he said of Telstra Stadium."It's a bigger ground than the SCG, which the Swans' play well, and the longer ground will suit us."Cook was part of two losing finals with the Swans in 1997 and 1998 before joining the Dockers in 2000 so has had to wait ten years to finally play in a winning final. And having finally tasted September success, Cook definitely wants more."This is what you play footy for, it's a special feeling to be part of this first winning one," he said."It's been a long time coming but now that is has come around I will savour the moment but look forward to next week."
