Jarrad Boumann, Jack Gunston, Mitch Hallahan, Isaac Smith, Tom Schneider, Paul Puopolo, Derick Wanganeen, Xavier Ellis and Kyle Cheney completed the Track in five days, catching up to the Club's first trekking group who began two days earlier.
The Hawks' journey of the Kokoda Track is an important part of the cultural induction of new players to the Club, which has embraced into its culture the four pillars of Kokoda; 'Courage, Mateship, Sacrifice and Endurance'.
