Normally the team photo is taken earlier in the year but this year it was delayed until the announcement of the new joint major sponsor, MARS and of course ensuring the club had guernseys with the MARS branding. With two major sponsors it was necessary to have both Hyundai and MARS featured on the front of the players and the solution was to have players wear either a home guernsey or an away guernsey, depending on which row they were in for the photo.
Hyundai is featured on the front of the Carlton guernsey for home games while MARS is on the front of the guernsey for away games.
As well as the team photo the individual ‘head shots’ were also taken prior to the training session at Visy Park, as well as a number of special shots for use throughout the 2010 season.
The 2010 Carlton Team Poster will be available from The Carlton Shop prior to the start of the season.
