THE AFL has no intention of stopping Jobe Watson from playing after he publicly admitted taking AOD-9604.
After a candid television interview on Monday night, the Essendon skipper said on Tuesday he couldn't discuss the supplements scandal any further.

The AFL maintained it would not provide a running commentary on the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority investigation, but indicated Watson would be free to continue playing.
"There is no intention to pre-empt the investigation, which is ongoing, and we'll let it take it's course," a League spokesperson told AFL.com.au.
Essendon insisted there was no conclusion that any of its players had taken banned drugs.
"The club notes that it is yet to be determined whether any of our players in the 2012 season were given prohibited or performance enhancing substances," the club said in a statement on essendonfc.com.au.
"This is a complex and difficult area, but our club considers that our players have acted reasonably during the 2012 season," the statement read.

Watson emerged from his Melbourne home late on Tuesday to make a brief statement.
"The investigation with the AFL and ASADA is ongoing, and I'm looking forward to that investigation being made public, and the findings of that being made public," Watson told news cameras.
"I can't comment any more about the specifics of the investigation and the club will be making a statement online later on [Tuesday] on the website," he said.
Watson did not take any questions.
"Considering the investigation is going on, I can't make any more public comments."
