WEST Coast has named former Cat Nathan Vardy for his first game of the season along with debutant Oscar Allen to face GWS on Sunday.
Vardy played 22 games in his inaugural season at the Eagles but an adductor injury in the pre-season stalled his 2018 campaign until now.
Allen, a 191cm forward, was drafted with pick 21 in last year's NAB AFL Draft.
Dom Sheed has again missed out despite dominating for East Perth.

Nic Naitanui has been named despite coach Adam Simpson conceding the star ruckman was sore earlier on Friday.
Allen won't be the only 2017 draftee debuting on Optus Stadium with small forward Brent Daniels named for the Giants. He was taken at pick 27.
Defender Harry Perryman has also earned a recall.
Jon Patton (knee) and Jacob Hoper (calf) are both out injured with scans on Friday confirming Patton need a third knee reconstruction after a training incident on Thursday.
