The Richmond Football Club is seeking to grow its Membership Sales team.
The Membership Sales staff at Richmond are very proactive and thrive in an environment where daily sales targets are set. Staff are required to work autonomously and will be responsible for the achievement of their own daily sales figures through a combination of inbound and outbound calls to members and prospects.
The Membership Sales staff will be required to identify new member prospects and have the ability to upgrade membership packages through strong sales techniques.
The key responsibilities of the role are;
- Membership renewals
- Inbound and outbound membership sales
- Ability to overcome member objections
- Data integrity
- Exceptional level of customer service

This is a casual position working 30-40 hours per week based at Punt Road starting late October 2013 through April 2014.
