LIAM Stocker's push up the draft order has had another boost after the Sandringham Dragon won this year's Morrish Medal as the best player in the TAC Cup.
Stocker missed the NAB AFL Under-18 Championships with a broken jaw but his form throughout the season saw him named the best and fairest of Victoria's under-18 competition.
The midfielder collected 19 votes to beat Western Jets midfielder Connor Thar (16 votes) and Atu Bosenavulagi (Oakleigh), Campbell Hustwaite (Dandenong) and Sam Walsh (Geelong) who all polled 14 votes.

He averaged 23 disposals and five tackles a game in his 12 TAC Cup appearances this season, and had four three-vote games.
Stocker is an inside midfielder with an appetite for winning possessions himself and getting it out, and he could force his way into the top-20 selections on NAB AFL Draft night after his strong finish to the season.
He was also named in the TAC Cup team of the year, on the forward flank, and follows Jack Higgins (Richmond), Hugh McCluggage (Brisbane) and Clayton Oliver (Melbourne) as recent winners of the Morrish Medal.
