The key focus for this role includes:
• Managing the strategic direction of the football department for sustained Club success
• Player and coach recruitment, including developing a structured recruiting plan
• Management of player welfare and player contracts
• Manage and monitor annual Revenue and Expenditure budgets for football operations and the talent development management of coaches, team managers and other support staff
• Work in conjunction with our District staff & Player Development Officer
• Managing, administering and maintaining our football data bases
