AFL Members will have access to a new dining and bar facility at Docklands Stadium in 2009. The Level 1 Victory Bistro (located just behind the AFL Level 1 seating allocation) will operate exclusively for AFL Membership and the AFL Premiership Club in 2009 with dining, bar and live screen facilities available.
AFL Members will be able to pre-book their dining requirements including member’s meals, guest meals, guest passes and reserved seats for the victory bistro through the AFL Membership Service Centre.
The AFL Members bar area will be available for walk-up throughout the duration of the match as well as pre and post-match.

AFL Members who pre-book their dining requirements will receive an upgrade to a reserved seat on Level 1 in the AFL seating area.
To ensure that the facility is only utilized by AFL Members and their nominated guests, AFL Members will be required to purchase guest passes through the AFL Membership Service Centre should they wish to take non-members into the bar area of the facility.
Guest passes for the AFL Victory Room provide entry into the dining and bar facility only and do not provide match entry to Docklands Stadium. Guests using the facility will be required to enter the Docklands Stadium on the day/night of the match with a barcoded entry ticket.
Making a dining reservation
AFL Members can make a dining reservation for all home and away matches scheduled at Docklands Stadium from Monday, March 2, 2009, through one of the following channels:

Bookings close at 5pm on the Thursday prior to the match (unless sold out prior to this time). Walk-up dining will be made available if the room has not reached full capacity at 5pm on the Thursday prior to the match.
Docklands Stadium Dining Terms and Conditions
· Reservations are subject to capacity and payment details must be provided at the time of booking.
· When booking over the phone, AFL Members can opt to have their payment processed at the time of booking, or delay payment until the Thursday prior to the match.
· Any cancellations must be notified to the AFL Membership service centre by 5pm on the Thursday prior to the match to receive a refund for the cancelled meals.
· The room must achieve a pre-booked number of 30 guests to open for any match day.
· AFL Records must be booked prior to 5pm on the Monday prior to the round.
· Guest passes are subject to availability.
· Guest passes are not available for matches scheduled at Docklands Stadium featuring Essendon or Collingwood.
