With The West Coast Eagles entering their first finals campaign in three years, the club is out to prove that their digital supporters are among the most vocal in the land.
With 93,000 Facebook fans and nearly 8,000 Twitter followers, the club is proudly represented in the social media landscape. Now we are looking to reward our passionate supporters.
The Swoop uses Sports DP technology that scores your digital passion for the West Coast Eagles based on your level of support via Twitter and Facebook. The West Coast Eagles are the first team in Australia to launch the social media application.
Fans will be rewarded with points for their engagement with the club, whether it is using Eagle hashtags on Twitter (like #goeagles #flytheflag #3flagsfull) or commenting on West Coast Facebook posts.
