FREMANTLE youngster Harley Balic has returned to the club after taking a month of personal leave.
The 20-year-old Victorian was granted an indefinite break from the Dockers on May 17 to deal with a private issue.
A club spokesperson confirmed that Balic was back at their Cockburn headquarters for the first time on Monday, returning with the rest of the playing group after their bye.
Balic has played four games this season after making his debut in round three against the Western Bulldogs as Freo turned to youth to resurrect a flat 0-2 start to the season.
He missed the round five clash against North Melbourne due to a hip complaint, but was back in the senior side the following week.
Balic was omitted from the Dockers' round eight thriller against Richmond due to illness and was officially given leave in the days afterward.
The inside midfielder, who is out of contract at year's end after being taken with pick 38 in the 2015 NAB AFL Draft, impressed in his four appearances, averaging 13 touches and booting three goals.
His debut season at Freo was ruined by a wrist injury.
