The link for media outlets to begin lodging applications for 2015 AFL accreditation is now active below. Please make sure your browser is at least Internet Explorer 8 or later, Chrome on PC or Safari on MAC:
Under the electronic system, a media outlet can enter all staff members working for that company. The process to enter a person’s details will take 1-2 minutes, and a further 1-2 minutes then to attach a photograph of the individual to their entry. Please note that photographs are required for all journalists, photographers, stats operators and match-day staff with a role during AFL games but not required for news crew staff working with television networks, who will only be working at post-match media conferences.
Media outlets are included in the drop-down area as applications are lodged. If your outlet is not listed, you firstly need to lodge your company’s details.
The terms and conditions for AFL accreditation will be forwarded to media outlets before the end of this year, but all media should note that not all applications can be met, due to demand.
Accreditation applications close on Friday January 30, 2015.
