THE Australian Football League and Sharp Extensive IT (Sharp EIT) has launched a five-year partnership that sees Sharp EIT become the AFL’s Official Wholesale Display Screens Partner.

As part of the relationship, Sharp EIT will provide ~1300 SHARP 4K Ultra HD screens with Special Feature LEDs and curved LEDs as part of the Marvel Stadium upgrade.

AFL Executive General Manager Customer and Commercial Kylie Rogers said the new partnership would be a great addition for fans at match day.

“We welcome Sharp Extensive IT to the AFL family and look forward to working alongside them to enhance our offerings for fans at match days as part of the Marvel Stadium redevelopment.”

Mario Bernatovic, Managing Director of Sharp EIT, said the move to partner with the AFL is a major win for Sharp EIT, with the AFL joining the ranks of its bustling portfolio of sporting team partnerships.

“We are incredibly fortunate to embark on this long-term partnership with AFL, and we’re thrilled to come onboard as its newest Official partner, working closely to support the team as well as providing a fantastic viewing experience for fans,” Bernatovic said.

“Sharp EIT has a long history of supporting local businesses and communities, and we’re always looking for ways to support the football community further so a partnership with the AFL, and relationship with its corporate networks, is a no-brainer. This is a significant moment for us.”
