COLLINGWOOD forward Darcy Moore is unlikely to face Richmond on Friday night due a minor hamstring complaint, but will be given every chance to prove his fitness.
The 20-year-old suffered the minor setback midway through the second term of the Magpies' 19-point win over West Coast and was taken into the rooms for further treatment.
He performed a few run-throughs during the main break and at the start of the third quarter, but the Magpies opted not to risk the goalkicker.
Pies football manager Neil Balme said although Moore would be tested later this week, he remained in doubt to take on the Tigers.
Match preview: Richmond v Collingwood
"He was nearly right to come back on the field but we were a little bit concerned about his hammy," Balme told the club's website on Monday evening.
"We haven't ruled him out for this week. I think it's probably a bit unlikely that he'll play but he'll be tested."
Moore had scans on Monday and said he was "hopeful" of playing, but conceded the six-day break would not work in his favour.
The youngster took six marks and kicked three goals in a half against the Eagles, before succumbing to the injury.
Meanwhile, Balme was confident fellow forwards Alex Fasolo and Jarryd Blair would be available for selection after missing the win over the Eagles with their respective shoulder and groin injuries.
"(Fasolo will) also have to prove himself and be tested. I'm pretty confident that he'll get up," Balme said.
"(Blair's) feeling much better and we're almost certain that he'll play this week."
Balme said defender Ben Sinclair was continuing to make good progress after suffering his fourth concussion of the season against North Melbourne in round 18.
Although unlikely to play at any level this week, Balme said Sinclair would undergo a fitness test.
He added Tim Broomhead was in "a bit of trouble" with a shoulder issue and was unlikely to feature this week, while Jarrod Witts (dislocated finger) and Matthew Goodyear (illness) were expected to return through the VFL on Saturday.
