We are looking for a Membership Operations Manager to join our Supporter Operations Department to cover a 12-month parental leave period from January 2018 until December 2018. The position of Membership Operations Manager plays an important leadership role in the West Coast Eagles membership team, delivering initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in member retention and satisfaction levels.
Reporting to the Manager, Consumer Strategy, this role will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership to, and development of, membership staff in the provision of outstanding customer service to members, supporters and the general public.
- Resolution of member issues and complaints, supported by effective communication.
- Managing the integrity and operation of the Ticketmaster Archtics platform, liaising with AFL Shared Services.
- Assisting with new ideas and innovation for continued improvement in service/engagement to both internal and external customers.
It is expected you will have proven leadership and management skills, strong attention to detail and recent experience in a customer-driven organisation. Tertiary qualifications in business or communications would be highly regarded.
There is a requirement for all full time staff to assist on match days and other events as required by the club, which includes weekends. The remuneration and benefits provided factor in this requirement.
