BRISBANE captain Dayne Zorko has signed a one-year contract extension, ensuring he will be a 10-year player with the Lions.
The 30-year-old already had two seasons remaining on his deal but has now locked himself in at the Gabba until at least the end of 2021.
"The club's given me great opportunities throughout the last eight years," Zorko said.
"You've got that sense that there's good times ahead and I certainly want to be a part of it.
"In the past 18 months the club has set up some more stability and grown our playing list with some really great players."
The new contract continues a remarkable career for the explosive midfielder, overlooked in four straight drafts and not making his debut until the age of 23.
