The AFL Membership Service Centre would like to advise that early after the start of the Three Day Online Onsale for Reserved Seating at the MCG and Etihad Stadium an error occurred on the Ticketmaster website resulting in slow loading issues.
We have been advised from Ticketmaster, that an issue in the barcode retirement database occurred which resulted in the reduction of the number of simultaneous users on the website and as a result AFL Members would have experienced slow loading.
We sincerely apologise to all of our AFL Members for any inconvenienced during this onsale. We want to ensure you we will continue to work with Ticketmaster throughout the year to ensure a smooth process during all transactions.
