Reporting to the Head of Corporate Sales & Events, you will be responsible for:
- Leadership and expert guidance of a team of event services professionals ranging in skill levels and experience
- Implementation of the strategy with respect to the direction of the Event Services Department delivering a range of Club events, including major events, coterie events, match day events, internal Club events including those held at the True Value Solar Centre
- Development, implementation, monitoring and review of annual budgets
- Project management across EFC’s events and other assigned projects
- Instill a team value proposition that ensures a ‘best in industry’ service model and a memorable experience for all clients, is provided
- Assisting the Head of Corporate Sales and Events in the development & implementation of marketing & acquisition plans to maximise event attendances and revenues
- Ability to develop integral relationships with all clients, suppliers and coteries
- Creative ability to ensure EFC events offer an entertaining experience to its patrons
- Strong background in developing marketing and promotional plans for events
Strong understanding of profit and loss and budgeting processes - High attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to lead and manage a team of Event professionals, with a focus on development
