SYDNEY defender Zak Jones can accept a two-game ban for his brutal bump that left Essendon youngster Kyle Langford in hospital with whiplash.
However, Jones has escaped suspension for his strike to Zach Merrett earlier in the game, instead hit with a misconduct fine from Match Review Officer Michael Christian.

Jones was reported twice during the Swans' 43-point loss to the Bombers on Friday night, with his late bump on Langford graded careless conduct, with high impact to the head.
He was subsequently offered a two-match suspension, which will rule him out of Sydney's crucial matches against Collingwood and Melbourne over the next fortnight.
Langford was cleared of any serious damage on Saturday morning, despite spending time in hospital with minor whiplash and arm pain as a result of the incident.
The Bombers expect Langford to be available for selection next week against the Hawks.
Jones' hit to the head of Merrett earlier in the game was not deemed sufficient enough to warrant a striking charge, though he was fined $1500 for misconduct.
Essendon midfielder Devon Smith was also fined $1000 for attempting to trip Luke Parker.
