Brisbane Lions’ official sports betting partner TattsBet.com have raised $4,000 for Givit thanks to Jonathan Brown and Mitch Clark’s goal kicking abilities!

TattsBet.com, throughout the 2011 season, committed $100 for goals kicked by Brown or Clark this year.

Brown was the original tallymaker - but his absence from rounds 2-11 and 18-24 saw Mitch Clark ably step into his place to keep the TattsBet.com goal tally kicking along!

Brad Tamer of TattsBet.com and Lions CEO Malcolm Holmes were on hand to donate the cheque to Juliette Wright, founder and CEO of Givit.

Givit is a web-based community where people donate items to people in need.

Givit work with a number of Australia’s most trusted charities to ensure people get what they need when they need it most.

It was an outstanding initiative by TattsBet.com, who put their support (and money) behind the Lions to support this wonderful cause.

TattsBet believes that this has proven to be an excellent opportunity, not just to raise money, but also generate awareness of the value that can be gained in your second-hand goods.

The bicycle that you can no longer use - this could give someone an opportunity to access a job in  a distant suburb.

The MP3 players that you can no longer use - this could offer a lifeline to somebody with a mental illness.
