THE WESTERN Bulldogs are set to lose two players for Sunday's clash against Greater Western Sydney, with Matthew Boyd and Jack Redpath offered one-match suspensions.

Boyd has ben charged for elbowing Melbourne's Tom Bugg in the face, while Redpath faces suspension for intentionally kneeing Ben Kennedy.

Demon Neville Jetta has also been offered a one-match ban for intentionally striking Bulldogs midfielder Marcus Bontempelli. 

The loss of Boyd adds to an injury crisis in the Bulldogs' backline, with Bob Murphy (knee), Jason Johannisen (hamstring), Matthew Suckling (knee) and Marcus Adams (finger) all unavailable to face the third-placed Giants.

Boyd chose to bump Bugg after he'd disposed of the ball and followed through with a stray elbow to his opponent's face.

The incident was graded intentional conduct with low impact to the head. 

Redpath, who kicked three goals against the Demons, has been charged with intentionally kneeing Kennedy, with the MRP grading the incident as low impact to the head.   

Melbourne had mixed fortunes at the MRP, with Jetta set to miss the Demons' clash against the Brisbane Lions for his intentional strike to Bontempelli's face. 

Jetta, who threw his elbow during a scuffle, could yet seek to challenge the ban and argue his conduct was careless, which would result in a $1000 fine.  

In better news for the Demons, Bernie Vince was cleared for a high bump on Western Bulldogs midfielder Mitch Wallis when he had his head over the ball.

The MRP said there was insufficient head-high contact to justify a change, with most of the contact to Wallis's shoulder.

Hawthorn defender Taylor Duryea can accept a $1000 fine for a stray elbow that caught Fremantle forward Hayden Ballantyne high.  

The Hawks' defender threw his left elbow back forcefully as players were getting to their feet for a stoppage, with the MRP grading his conduct as careless and low impact.

Demon Cameron Pedersen can accept a $1500 fine for engaging in rough conduct with Bulldog Fletcher Roberts.

It was the second classifiable offence committed by Pederson this season, increasing his fine by $500.

The MRP also assessed contact between Port Adelaide midfielder Hamish Hartlett and Carlton's Patrick Cripps, but deemed Hartlett's hit was not a striking motion.
