Fisher, 30, was seen wearing a moon boot on Monday morning after Saturday's 16-point loss to Greater Western Sydney at Blacktown.
However, the precautionary scans have come back all clear.
Stanley (knee) and Dempster (hamstring) have both been listed as one to three weeks away from resuming, which leaves them as uncertain starters for the Saints' round one clash with Gold Coast on March 30.
Stanley bruised the bone in his knee against the Sydney Swans in the first week of March, while Dempster suffered hamstring tightness the following week against Melbourne.
Meanwhile, in yet another blow to the Saints' backline, rookie defender Jackson Ferguson will miss six weeks after knee surgery.
The untried defender tweeted about it on Friday in a post that has since been deleted.
"Surgery went pretty well, pain hasn't kicked in yet which is positive!" he said on the social media forum.
Ferguson played two games in the NAB Cup – the first against Port Adelaide and the second against the Swans.
On Friday, coach Scott Watters said Dempster's recovery from his hamstring strain was progressing well.
"It's disappointing to lose any player at any time," Watters said.
"Pleasingly he had another run this morning and we're really positive on his progression over the last week.
"He's really optimistic and ran really well this morning and we'll see where he sits in a week or two."
The Saints have scope to promote a rookie to the senior list with second-year forward Daniel Markworth facing a lengthy rehabilitation from a knee reconstruction.
