Over the next couple of weeks, our last lot of upgrade trades are being made and the 22 players we field are looking pretty safe bets.
There's no room for under-performers now, the axe must swing to ensure you're scoring enough points to take out the all-important wins heading into the Fantasy finals.
Roy's Trade Talk: round 12
Over the last week, winners of our Fantasy Elite competition have taken part in drafts against some of the stars of the game.
We had the first one last weekend and it produced some interesting results.
Roy took Tom Rockliff with his first pick, ahead of the consensus number one Gary Ablett. Midfielders Steve Johnson, Dayne Beams and Josh Kennedy followed before Warnie took DEF/MID Jimmy Bartel at six.
Calvin was over the moon with his inclusion of Scott Pendlebury at seven before selections of Kade Simpson, Leigh Montagna, Dyson Heppell, Patrick Dangerfield and Luke Parker completed out the first round.
It's not too late to start your own Fantasy Elite league. Get a group of mates together, hold your draft and enjoy another great way to experience Fantasy footy.
Calvin's Captains: round 12
There are three Fantasy Match Day games to take part in for this Queen's Birthday long-weekend.
In Friday night's Geelong v Carlton bout at Etihad Stadium you should be looking at the majority of seven players to be made up of Cats as they look to bounce back from last week.
On Saturday night, a squad full of Bombers could be the way to go in the Greater Western Sydney v Essendon game. The Bombers average the most Fantasy points for and 100 plus scores in the competition.
Finally on Monday in Melbourne v Collingwood, it will be tough to choose between the premium midfielders from the Magpies. Dayne Beams, Scott Pendlebury and the returning Dane Swan are all likely to score well.
Despite there being a Monday game, there is no partial lockout this week. Full lockout will come into effect at the start of the Friday night game at 7:50pm AEST.
