THERE are concerns for potential No.1 draft pick Max King, who was carried off the field on Saturday with a suspected knee injury.
The talented key forward was playing for his school side Haileybury College when he was pushed into the behind post and went down in pain.
It is understood King, who shapes as a top pick at November's NAB AFL Draft, left the ground on a stretcher as club recruiters watched on.
King is seen by scouts as one of the leading three candidates for the first draft choice, alongside South Australian key forward Jack Lukosius and Victorian midfielder Sam Walsh.
In his first game of the TAC Cup season last month King kicked 8.5 and took nine marks in what was described as one of the most dominant under-18 games in recent years.
His twin brother Ben is also tipped to be a top-10 pick and has switched from the backline to a forward role for Haileybury.
