Jerome joined Hawthorn in January 2001 as Sponsorship Manager. After graduating from RMIT with a Bachelor of Business - Marketing, Jerome joined Carlton Football Club and was a founding administrator of the Carlton Soccer Club from 1997-2000. After some time travelling, Jerome was recruited to Hawthorn to manage Hawthorn's list of sponsors.
