The Fremantle Dockers are looking for a hard-working, loyal, professional individual of exceptional character to join our Football Department as the Executive Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and friendly manner with a proven ability to communicate and build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  This will be supported by the ability to multi task and work well under pressure whilst maintaining an exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service.  

The position is the Executive Assistant to the General Manager – Football Operations and also provides some executive support to the Senior Coach, as well as general administration support to the Football Department as a whole and as such, a high level of integrity and respect for confidential information is required.

The ability and willingness to work at home game days throughout the football season and at other club events as well as being available when needed out of hours is essential.
