Will Johnson will make his AFL debut for the Saints against Adelaide at AAMI Stadium on Saturday night. Johnson was recruited from the Sandringham Zebras in selection number 77 of the 2009 NAB AFL Draft. The 21 year old was impressive in the NAB Cup and has been in strong form for St Kilda’s VFL affiliate Sandringham. Originally recruited as a defender, Johnson has played the majority of this season as a key forward and is currently leading goal scorer for the Zebras so far in 2011.
