I am 24 years old and just agreed to a one-year contract extension for 2009 with Fremantle.

I was the final member of the current list to re-sign with Fremantle for next season.

I was Fremantle's fourth selection (no. 52 overall) in the 2001 National Draft, and made my debut in Fremantle's after-the-siren win against Melbourne at Subiaco in round 8, 2002.

In 2004, I played 14 games and stamped myself as a player of the future by taking out the Beacon Award as the club's best new talent.

Although injuries have interrupted my progress in recent seasons, my consistent form with Claremont in 2007 and 2008 showed I still have much to offer at the highest level.
