It was another massive round where coaches were disappointed with anything less than 2000. For some, the mid-pricers stumbled for the first time this season while a certain pig showed why it is worth paying the big bucks sometimes.

There is often a lot of talk about the next player to be ‘snouted’ with only Dane Swan and Tom Rockliff holding the honour. Well, although some are quite deservingly in the conversation, Rocky reminded us all that the benchmark is high with a whopping 157 from 33 touches, eight marks and 11 tackles. Late in the game he dislocated his finger and rather than backing off, if anything he increased his scoring rate.
Honourable mention: As flagged last week, Rory Sloane is getting it done! And, once again he turned up to play, this time against the Bombers. He absolutely dominated with 34 touches, a trademark nine tackles, two goals and 143. He is still only owned by six per cent of the competition so don’t be afraid to chase a 'unique' here.

Rage trades
I'm all about holding premiums, but the shin knock is the prime excuse to part ways with Heath Shaw. He had another disappointing outing with just 20 touches and five marks for 75… A far cry from the phenomenal +6 numbers he has produced during the past two seasons. Upgrade him to the likes of Sam Docherty before it is too late.
Honourable mention: David Swallow offered the world after stringing together two sensational games, only to produce a 47 from 14 touches despite the Suns winning comprehensively. The worst part is he was a popular trade 'in' last week and could justifiably be shown the door straight away after that.

Well done to coaches who started with Dan Houston after he once again showed what a promising young talent he is. On the back of some impressive performances, some questioned the impact on his game with the return of Jasper Pittard but he still showed a great ability to score with 82 from 19 touches and nine marks.

@WarnieDT @RoyDT @CalvinDT Neal-Bullen the real deal? Scoring consistently well...
— Jaxon Connor (@jaxonconnor11) April 17, 2017
He comes at a cost now, but still looks like a nice stepping stone to a premium.
Who do I get rid of first - McGrath, Powell-Pepper or Hampton? Bringin in Rocky regardless @AFLFantasy @DTTALK @WarnieDT @RoyDT @CalvinDT
— Isaac Smith (@isaacsmith_89) April 17, 2017
I think PP deserves another chance, I would offload Hampton which makes a nice $150K.
@WarnieDT @RoyDT Hey Legends, is Seb Ross a good upgrade option for O'meara? BE of 70 now, 90.8 avg. #AFLFantasy

I would prefer to wait and reach a premium, however, if you are happy to pay that much for another stepping stone, go for it.
Voldt, Zerett or Doch.. which one should be the number 1 trade target to bring in? #AFLFantasy @RoyDT @WarnieDT @CalvinDT
— Brody Payne (@brodypayne1) April 17, 2017
The answer would change depending on team structure but I would try and get Merrett first if I had the money.
