St Kilda has named three additional players in the team that triumphed over Fremantle last weekend. Xavier Clarke, Shane Birss and Jarryd Allen all come into the team to face Adelaide in the Robert Harvey Tribute Game this Sunday.

Stephen Milne has held his place in the team despite having minor surgery on a small facial fracture today. The enigmatic forward was involved in a clash of heads last week but played out the game, booting three inspirational goals to set the Saints on target for victory.

Matthew Drain, General Manager of Football Operations said, “Stephen has recovered well and after careful consideration by the doctors, can potentially play this weekend. He will be closely assessed over the weekend and hopefully take his place in the side. His contribution is highly valued and it would be a great boost to retain his services.”

Drain also commented on the three inclusions to the St Kilda team for Round 21.

“Xavier has been training well over the past few weeks on the comeback from injury and it’s a welcome boost to have him back in the reckoning for selection. Shane and Jarryd meanwhile have been playing consistent footy for Casey and we will have them both in the side this week as options and make a decision on the final team by Sunday afternoon.”

The Saints play Adelaide on Sunday afternoon at the Telstra Dome.
