FREMANTLE defender Garrick Ibbotson will miss up to a month after suffering a wrist injury in Saturday's clash against St Kilda.
Ibbotson played out the match, but further review determined he had a small fracture to his left wrist and would miss two to four matches.
The Dockers said the 28-year-old would not require surgery.
"He seemed to play out the game OK, but after the flight the next morning in medical review it had swelled up and was quite painful," sports science manager Jason Weber said.
"It was reviewed and he has a small fracture in his wrist so it’s going to be a couple of weeks to get it right."
Fremantle revealed on Tuesday that young midfielder Ethan Hughes would be sidelined for one to two weeks with a calf injury, while rookie Ryan Nyhuis has been ruled out for up to six weeks with a knee injury.
The Dockers face Essendon at Domain Stadium on Saturday night before clashes against the Brisbane Lions, Port Adelaide and Collingwood.
