But the Cats expect another of their ageing triple premiership players, midfielder Joel Corey, to retire in the coming days.
Corey kept a low profile at the club's best and fairest count on Thursday night.

The quietly spoken 31-year-old, who has played 276 games since debuting in 2000, is hoping to hang up his boots without fanfare.
"We are still working through things," Geelong coach Chris Scott said prior to the function.
"We are endeavouring to announce things as soon as possible. If he is to retire, you may not hear from him."

In contrast, Enright, who was recently selected in the All Australian team for the fifth time, will suit up again in 2014.
"Hopefully [we'll] get something done in the next week or so," he said. "Fingers crossed for that. Should be right."
Enright, who recently turned 32 and has played 266 games, hinted during the year that he was not certain to play on next season.
But he says that he never seriously considered giving the game away.
And Enright insists he is happy with the fact that he remains unsigned at this stage.
"(There's been) no hold-up," he said. "Just other things going on at the moment, so I get pushed aside."
Enright missed Geelong's semi-final win over Port Adelaide and preliminary final loss to Hawthorn after suffering a medial ligament strain against Fremantle in the first week of the finals.
With the injury healing well, he is "pretty excited" about being part of the Cats' 2014 campaign.
"Obviously the way this season finished, both personally and as a team, wasn't ideal," Enright said.
"So I'm looking forward to getting into training and making amends, hopefully."
