The AFL announced that the 2025 Gather Round will run from Thursday April 10 to Sunday April 13, which will coincide with school holidays in South Australia, Victoria, Western Australia, New South Wales and Queensland.
The traditional Easter round of matches will follow over the long weekend of April 18 - 21.
Tickets purchasers will be able to view their tickets via Ticketek App by Monday, December 16.

For the first time, AFL Gather Round will venture to the Barossa, showcasing even more of South Australia to footy fans. Extend your stay with so much to see, do, taste and explore.
The best South Australian culinary experiences will be on show as the Norwood Food & Wine Festival returns to The Parade on Sunday 13 April during the AFL Gather Round. The precinct’s bars, cafes and restaurants will be joined by some of the state’s best wine, beer and spirit producers for an afternoon of festivities in true South Australian style. The festival is free to enter, with AFL games broadcast on big screens along The Parade and within venues.
