THE AFL has confirmed the 2025 AAMI Community Series fixture ahead of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.

All 18 clubs will participate in an AAMI Community Series Match to be played between 25 February and 2 March at venues across the country and all members and kids will be able to attend the matches for free.

AFL Head of Strategy and Scheduling Josh Bowler said: “We are pleased to confirm the AAMI Community Series matches as we build towards another exciting season. 

"The 2025 AAMI Community Series is a great opportunity for fans to get their first look at their teams for the season. We’re looking forward to seeing thousands of supporters get behind their clubs in what will be a great spectacle for the whole family,” said Bowler.

Clubs will also have the opportunity to participate in an optional match simulation training session at a date determined by the Clubs prior to the AAMI Community Series Matches.

AAMI Community Series Matches will take on the following format:

  • Four quarters of 20 mins plus time on (as per AFL Premiership Season)​
  • Squad of 30 players, eight interchange and four Emergencies.  Minimum of four players on the Interchange Bench during the match at any time.
  • No interchange Cap.​
  • Full panel of umpires appointed by the AFL​.

All matches will be broadcast live on Foxtel and Kayo and fully ticketed for fans to attend.

Clubs will communicate their confirmed match simulation training sessions with all sessions to be managed by each club and broadcast arrangements to be confirmed at a later date.

Tickets for the AAMI Community Series will go on sale in February with further information to be communicated in late January.
