GIVEN the Crows' inconsistent 2014 season, there's plenty of NAB AFL Fantasy value to be found in their squad this year.

Even at more than $500,000 each, the likes of Patrick Dangerfield (MID, $524,000) and Brad Crouch (MID, $524,100) have serious upside.

Dangerfield carried injuries for most of the 2014 season, Crouch is set to take his game to a new level and Richard Douglas (MID, $495,000) has more to give – as do many of his teammates.

Rory Sloane (MID, $592,000) is the top-priced Crow but his durability and relative youth put him strongly in the mix for a starting midfield spot, particularly if you back Phil Walsh to turn Adelaide's fortunes around.

Adelaide was the AFL's third highest-scoring Fantasy side in 2014 and 11 players kicked at least 10 goals.

Taylor Walker (FWD, $415,000) averaged a healthy 73.3 Fantasy points  in his return to football from a knee reconstruction.

He'll look to hit his straps in 2015 and his Fantasy score will improve with his form.

The Crows targeted talls at both the national and rookie drafts and they can't be expected to return Fantasy reward in year one.

Small defender Harrison Wigg (DEF, $192,000) could be an exception and his ability to find the ball plus a laser-like left foot would help his cause to play senior football.

Brad Crouch (MID, $524,100): A broken leg interrupted Crouch's second season in the AFL and held him to 11 games in 2014. He showed great maturity to rebound strongly upon his return, averaging 25 possessions and 92.5 Fantasy points a game. This is the 20-year-old's first full AFL pre-season and even if he improves slightly from last year, he's good value. If he takes the sort of step most are expecting, his price could rapidly approach $600,000.

Tom Lynch (FWD, $327,000): Injury held the athletic forward back from developing any sort of consistency last year and he managed just eight games. A shoulder injury hampered the start of his campaign, then a broken jaw and finally a broken neck. Even still, he averaged 61.5 Fantasy points a game. He's a hard worker who's a crucial target around high half-forward. At his best he accumulates possessions, takes marks and kicks goals. Again, if fit and healthy, Lynch will play a big role for the Crows in 2015.

Matt Crouch (MID, $350,000): The younger brother of Brad is a star in the making – nobody's doubting that – but it will be difficult for Matt to push Scott Thompson out of the way. The apprentice appears set to take over from the master as one of the club's premier inside midfielders in the coming years, but on the back of Thompson's 2014 form, he's not there yet. Crouch will get game time and a chance to develop, but it's difficult to see him getting the opportunity he'd need for you to cash in Fantasy-wise.
