LEWIS Jetta seems such an assured presence these days that it can be easy to forget his rocky start to goalkicking.
The speedy Swan kicked an AFL record 19 consecutive behinds in his first season in 2010, scoring a deserved standing ovation from the SCG crowd when he finally kicked a goal late in round 19 against Hawthorn.
Giant Heath Shaw is the player in the best position to give Jetta's record a shake with nine straight behinds without a goal, however, Shaw is less inclined to venture forward these days so we could be waiting a while for him to get into Jetta territory.
While the Saints have been Friday night disasters with 11 straight losses in that time-slot, Essendon will be well on its way to joining them if the Dons can't find a way past North Melbourne.
Check out who else is challenging history this weekend.
