Jeremy Cameron – 8
The match-winner up forward, with a massive third quarter helping open the game up. Dane Rampe was his opponent most of the match but Cameron looked too strong in the one-on-one contests. Cameron finished with 4.4 and took six marks inside 50 as the focal point.
Stephen Coniglio – 8
His goal all but sealed the result, extending the margin to 29 points. Coniglio led the midfield charge for the Giants, collecting 26 disposals, 11 contested possessions and seven clearances.
Phil Davis – 7
The former Crow had the difficult task on Lance Franklin but performed admirably. 'Buddy' dominated the first half when playing up the ground but when the Swan settled himself in the forward line for the second half, Davis was the clear winner. It was the first time in Franklin's career that he didn't kick a goal in a final.
Toby Greene – 8
The All Australian was incredibly important in attack. He flew for marks, set up goals and kicked them himself. A very nice snap from the boundary gave the Giants a lead at the first break. Greene registered 2.1 and two goal assists.

Five things we learned: Sydney Swans v Greater Western Sydney
Ryan Griffen – 7
His kicking early was pinpoint, managing to put the ball in space for Jeremy Cameron to mark against Dane Rampe. Griffen's 19 disposals wasn't a remarkable amount but he was influential early.
Nick Haynes – 6
Took a few courageous marks going back with the flight in defence. Spent time on a variety of opponents.
WATCH: Cameron shines in brilliant third term
Jacob Hopper – 4
Barely had an influence on the game. He was typically hard at it but struggled to find the ball, and a running shot in the third term went out on the full. Finished with 14 disposals and six clangers.
Steve Johnson – 5
A bit of everything from Stevie J. He was important early and looked like he could dominate, but Johnson finished with 0.5. A high hit on Josh Kennedy could have him in trouble with the Match Review Panel.
Stevie J faces nervous MRP wait after Kennedy hit
Josh Kelly – 7
Kelly's disposal was typically sublime. He picked up 24 disposals but what stood out was his composure. At one point he had the ball in defence but wasn't flustered and helped exit the ball out of the backline.
Rory Lobb – 5
Contributed to the side and was part of a Giants outfit that didn't shirk the contest. He had 16 disposals but struggled somewhat when he was sent into the ruck.
Shane Mumford – 6
The former Swan helped set the tone with his physicality. He nailed Kurt Tippett with a huge tackle after the Swan had already been off the ground for a concussion test, which showed the Giants would not be intimidated by the occasion.
Joel Patfull – 6
His experience shone through. Being so versatile meant he could man midfielders such as Luke Parker, or big man Kurt Tippett. Patfull was calm when he had the football.
Jonathon Patton – 3
Came into the contest in his best form since having returned from two knee reconstructions, with 11 goals in his past couple of matches. However, Patton was barely sighted on Saturday while up against Heath Grundy. Had five disposals and didn't trouble the scorers.
Tom Scully – 8
His run was critical to helping open up the Swans. Scully wasn't afraid to put his head over the ball, and that desperation was especially evident to start the fourth term when he threw himself at the football.

Heath Shaw – 7
George Hewett had the job on the All Australian, but Shaw managed to notch up 26 disposals and eight rebound 50s. Shaw's first quarter was important, particularly since the Swans were pressing early. Along with Steve Johnson, Shaw wasn't afraid to take it up to the Swans.
Dylan Shiel – 6
Not his most prolific game – 20 disposals – but his 11 contested possessions and 10 tackles showed his willingness to work hard on the inside.
Devon Smith – 6
Worked hard in collecting 23 disposals. In what was at times a brutal game, Smith wasn't afraid to win his own ball, and he picked up 10 contested possessions. Had 10 tackles but he would have been disappointed with his 1.3 in front of goal.

Adam Tomlinson – 7
Spent time on Xavier Richards and was part of a backline that held the Swans to 55 points. He found it so hard to crack into the Giants' line-up but now seems to have cemented himself in the side.
Callan Ward – 5
A tackle from Nick Smith in the second quarter might have impaired the co-captain slightly, because Ward was down on his usual output. He was hard at it all day but had only 15 disposals.
Lachie Whitfield – 7
A couple of his kicks missed the target early but he worked his way into the contest nicely. Ended up with 27 disposals.
Zac Williams – 6
As always, he was hard to catch as he ran the ball out of defence. He showed a willingness to put his body on the line.
Nathan Wilson – 5
The increased tempo of the finals contest seemed to catch Wilson out on a couple of occasions, and he rushed some of his kicks when perhaps he had more time.
