EBONY Antonio's round one effort against West Coast has been crowned Accor AFLW Goal of the Year, while Tahlia Randall's contested screamer against GWS has taken out the Toyota AFLW Mark of the Year.
Antonio set the tone early for the year, picking up a loose ball on the 50m arc, out-striding Tayla Bresland along the boundary line before slotting a tumbling banana kick to open Fremantle's season in style.
Antonio's goal saw off challenges from Alyssa Bannan (two-bounce running major against Richmond in round two) and Georgia Gee (a multi-effort snap against Gold Coast in round nine).
North Melbourne's Randall was thrown forward this year, and her marking was an immediate highlight in front of goal.
She soared above three teammates and opposition Giant players to pluck the footy in her award-winning effort.
Antonio was also nominated for Mark of the Year for her classic speccy against Carlton (the first AFLW player to have nominations in both categories in the same season), while Tayla Harris' leap against North Melbourne was also nominated.
