IT ALL comes down to this.

Brisbane and Melbourne will face off in the 2022 NAB AFLW Season Seven Grand Final next Sunday at Brighton Homes Arena (Springfield Central Stadium), the Lions' new base just outside Brisbane.

The match will start at 1.40pm local time (2.40pm AEDT) on Sunday, November 27 and be broadcast on the Seven Network, Fox Footy and Kayo as well as live streamed on womens.afl and the AFLW Official app.

Tickets will be available on Monday from 3pm AEDT for club members and 5pm AEDT for the general public.

The turf at Brighton Homes Arena was laid only a month ago, but the AFL confirmed on Friday that the venue is ready to host the season decider.

"This finals series has been outstanding and it's fitting that the two teams who were separated by 0.3 per cent after the home and away season will square off in the biggest game of the season," said AFLW boss Nicole Livingstone.

"Brighton Homes Arena will be a magnificent venue for the 2022 NAB AFLW Grand Final Season 7. The AFL are proud that women's football will be playing the first game at Brighton Homes Arena and the Queensland public should be equally proud of their state-of-the-art facility."

The Lions won hosting rights after defeating Adelaide in the preliminary final on Friday night.

Melbourne then won through to the decider after beating North Melbourne in the second preliminary final on Saturday afternoon.

As Brisbane finished atop the ladder at the end of the home and away season, it is the highest-ranked grand finalist and gets to play decider at the venue of its choice.
