Norwood was able to hold off a fast-finishing Woodville-West Torrens to prevail by eight points away from home.
Leah Cutting dominated in the air and in the ruck for the Eagles, while upcoming South Australian star Shineah Goody impressed with 15 disposals and six tackles.
Tahlita Buethke led all players with her 21 touches for the Redlegs, supported by Lana Schwerdt and Shai Hiscock in the loss.
Sturt v West Adelaide
Sturt beat West Adelaide in a one-point thriller in their round 10 clash at Wigan Oval.
Kate Harris and Monique Bessen were integral to Sturt's win, both finding plenty of the footy and finishing with 27 and 26 touches respectively. Both also took seven marks and had 26 tackles between. It was a breakout performance for 16-year-old Bessen.

Lauren Young continues to show why she's one of the top draft prospects in 2023 with her 27 disposal, seven marks, seven tackles and two goals for West Adelaide.
Glenelg v Central Districts
Two late last-quarter goals to Central Districts gave Glenelg a scare but the Bays were able to hold on for a five-point win.
Chelsea Packer and Tessa Kohn were dangerous up forward for Glenelg, kicking two goals each in the win. Piper Window was dominant in the midfield with her 19 disposals, 12 tackles and nine clearances.
Fresh off a strong performance for South Australia, Elaine Grigg had 23 disposals, eight tackles and six clearances in Central Districts loss.
North Adelaide v South Adelaide
North Adelaide enjoyed an upset win over ladder leader South Adelaide, running away with a 22-point victory.
Former Carlton player Jess Edwards had an equal game-high 22 disposals, a game-high 13 tackles and five clearances. Delisted Port Adelaide forward Britt Perry kicked a goal from her 20 disposals.
Caitlin Couch and Brooke Boileau did their best to keep the Panthers in the game, finishing with 16 and 18 disposals respectively.
VFLW
Darebin v Box Hill Hawks
The Box Hill Hawks have kept pace with the VFLW top four with their 28-point lead over Darebin at Preston City Oval.
The experience of Maddie Boyd shone through in tough conditions with the Hawk finishing with 17 disposals, six marks, 16 hitouts and a goal in the win.
Drew Ryan and Matilda Van Berkel led the disposals for the Hawks in the absence of some of the side's more experienced campaigners.

Collingwood held on to defeat ladder leader Geelong by just three points away from home at Deakin University.
Jessica Bates again led the Pies midfield and was well supported by Monique de Matteo, who was impressive up forward for Collingwood, finishing with a goal, 16 disposals and 12 tackles.

Carlton v Casey Demons
Carlton secured a crucial 20-point win at home over the Casey Demons to stay in touch with the top six.
Mia Cowan was impressive with her three goals and Blues Rising Star nominee in season seven Keeley Sherar was among the best with her 24 disposals, 12 tackles and a goal.
Both Shree Fairchild and Niamh O'Neill had 14 disposals and a goal for the Demons but Fairchild's 18 tackles set her apart.

Port Melbourne v North Melbourne
North Melbourne held on to beat Port Melbourne in extremely tough conditions at ETU Stadium on Saturday night.
Audrey Rhodes had a game-high 29 disposals and was closely followed by Reni Hicks, who had 25 of her own.
Jessie Williams led the disposals for Port Melbourne and Courteney Bromage relished in the tough conditions with her 18 tackles.
Western Bulldogs v Williamstown
Williamstown handed the Western Bulldogs another close defeat with less than a kick separating the two sides at the final siren.
The crucial win for the Seagulls was secured thanks to four goals from Sharni Whiting and work in the ruck form Jasmine Kawa, who finished with 16 disposals, six tackles and 26 hitouts.
Former Eagle Imahra Cameron kicked two goals from her 12 disposals for the Dogs, with Sarah Skinner and Jaimi Tabb also helping will their side over the line.

Essendon v St Kilda
Essendon made it four wins in a row with its 12-point defeat of the Southern Saints at the NEC Hangar.
Steph Wales had a strong game in the ruck for the Bombers, winning 30 hitouts and 19 disposals, while Sophie Van De Heauvel's effective ball use was also on display. Grace Dicker turned up the pressure dial with her 19 tackles in the wet and windy conditions.
Tessa Boyd's strong season for the Southern Saints continued and Madison Capsalis was great in the contest for the Saints, finishing with 16 disposals and 10 tackles.
WAFLW
East Fremantle v Claremont
East Fremantle and Claremont played out a thrilling draw at the WACA to kick off round nine of the WAFLW.
Beth Beckett was important for the Sharks in the draw, finishing with 17 touches and 13 tackles. Top WA draft prospect Georgie Cleaver was also among the Sharks' best with her 14 disposals, six tackles and 28 hitouts.
Ella Slocombe was listed as one of Claremont's best for her 17-disposal performance and delisted Docker Matilda Sargeant kicked a crucial goal from her game-high 18 touches.
West Perth v South Fremantle
A three-goal first quarter from South Fremantle set up its 20-point win over West Perth at Pentanet Stadium.
Kloe Bassett gathered an impressive 27 disposals for the Bulldogs and Molly Ohehir was impressive in the win.
For West Perth it was Emily Bennet and Karla Stagg who were among their side's best in the loss for the 21 and 16 disposal games.
East Perth v Subiaco
Subiaco was too good for East Perth, coming away a 46-point winner at Leederville Oval.
Tiah Toth put in a big performance for Subiaco, leading with her 24 disposals and five tackles. Close behind was Eva Popovsky, who had 19 disposals of her own and eight tackles.
Madeleine Goodman battled for East Perth in the loss, finishing with 18 disposals and seven tackles.
Swan Districts v Peel Thunder
Swan Districts broke away from Peel Thunder after half-time to come away 29-point winners at home.
West Coast's Abbygail Bushby kicked three goals from 22 disposals in a best-on-ground performance for Swan Districts. She had plenty of support from Jessica Cox and Jamie Henry in the win.
Evie Cowcher and Ebony Dowson both had 19 touches for Peel Thunder in the loss and were among their side's best.
QAFLW
Wilston Grange v University of Queensland
University of Queensland notched its first win of the QAFLW season with a 15-point victory over Wilston Grange.
Ava Seton was in the best for University of Queensland alongside Charlotte Andrews and Lucinda Benjamin.
Wilston Grange's best performers were Uma Brennan and Keyshia Matenga.
Maroochydore v Aspley
A four-goal final quarter helped Aspley on its way to a big 43-point win over Maroochydore.
Louise Tyson and Lucia Liessi helped the Hornets on their way to the win while Zara Hurley did her best to keep Maroochydore in the game.
Cooparoo v Yeronga South Brisbane
Cooparoo had to bounce back from a slow start to regain the lead in the second half and then a 10-point win over Yeronga South Brisbane.
Chloe Gaunt was in the best for her two crucial goals in the win for Cooparoo, as were Bonnie Farrell and Grace Roberts-White.
Madison Goodwin and Ebony Milne got the votes for Yeronga South Brisbane in the tough loss.
Bond University v Southport
Southport went a game clear in top spot with its 34-point win over second-placed Bond University.
Madeleine Watt and Seline Priest were integral in helping the Sharks stay on top with their performances.
