Delta has been entertaining fans and achieved multi-platinum selling status, nine #1 singles, five #1 albums, 17 top 10 hits, 12 ARIA Awards, a Silver Logie Award and three World Music Awards.
AFL Executive General Manager Customer and Commercial Kylie Rogers said it was exciting to have such a storied performer to kick off one the biggest sporting matches of the year.
“The 2022 Telstra Pre-Match Entertainment is a highlight for many fans, and Delta’s performance will be the perfect beginning to what’s sure to be an amazing showdown on field,” Ms Rogers said.

Telstra Head of Media & Sponsorship, Genelle Sharples, said the 2022 Telstra Pre-Match Entertainment will be a celebration of the incredible season.
“Telstra is a proud supporter of AFLW and is thrilled to once again be the presenting partner for the 2022 NAB AFLW Grand Final Entertainment.
“We are excited to see Delta back after her iconic performance with Robbie Williams in September. Delta is a brilliant performer who is sure to get the fans on their feet during the Telstra Pre-Match Entertainment,” Ms Sharples said.
