South Adelaide v Central Districts

South Adelaide has booked its place in the SANFLW Grand Final with an 11-point win over Central Districts in their Semi Final.

Only one point separated the sides at half-time and in the second half, minor premier South Adelaide was able to break away from the Bulldogs. 

Senna Gulden stepped up under the pressure, finishing with 18 disposals, 11 tackles, six clearances and a goal. Brooke Boileau was also important for the Panthers with her 18 disposals and eight tackles while Jordann Hickey was dangerous inside 50.

Caitlin Wendland did her best to keep Central Districts in the contest with her 18 disposals, six marks and 12 tackles. 

Norwood v Sturt 

Norwood kept its season alive with a six-point win over Sturt in the second Semi Final. 

It was a tough game for both sides, but Sturt will regret not making the most of its opportunities, leading the inside 50 count and having more shots on goal.

For Norwood, Lana Schwerdt had 15 disposals while Molly Brooksby was integral to the win with her 23 touches and goal. 

Sturt's Kate Harris and Jasmyn Hewett battled hard, finishing with 19 and 17 disposals respectively. Harris, Georgia Bevan and Isobel Kuiper ran up the tackle count with 14, 12 and 13 respectively. 

VFLW 

Western Bulldogs v Collingwood

Western Bulldogs produced one of the upsets of the season with their 16-point win over Collingwood. 

The Dogs had plenty of contributors in the win with Sarah Skinner and Tahlia Meier finding plenty of the football. Jaimi Tabb was one of the stars for the Dogs with her four-goal, 14-disposal performance.

Jess Bates put in another complete performance with her 22 disposals, 15 tackles, five clearances and a goal for the Pies in the loss. 

Geelong v Port Melbourne

Port Melbourne kicked four goals to one in the second quarter to set up its shock seven-point win over ladder leader Geelong.

Eliza Morrison was influential with her 22 touches for Port Melbourne, as was Jessie Williams, who kicked a goal from 14 disposals. 

Abby Favell impressed for the Cats with a game-high 32 disposals, five tackles and nine clearances in the loss. She was well supported by Charlotte Simpson, who had 28 touches of her own.  

Southern Saints v Casey Demons

The Southern Saints held on against a fast-finishing Casey Demons to come out eight-point winners at RSEA Park.

Winnie Laing continued her strong run of form, finishing with 20 touches and six tackles while Sophie Phillips was dangerous inside the Saints' forward half, collecting 17 touches, five marks and four tackles. Georgia Foran was a brick wall in defence and was the reason the Demons were goalless for three quarters. 

Casey's Belinda Woolcock was impressive under a lot of pressure in defence, finishing with a game-high 21 disposals, while Shannon Danckert fought hard in the middle for the Demons.

North Melbourne v Box Hill Hawks 

Box Hill overcame a slow first quarter to run away a 22-point winner over North Melbourne at Arden Street Oval. 

Jordan Mifsud drove the Hawks' midfield with her 24 disposals and 10 tackles as Sarah Humm kicked two important goals.

North's Jess Jones dominated the ruck, winning the hitouts with her 28 while finding plenty of the footy with her 15 disposals. 

Darebin v Essendon 

Essendon returned to the winners list with a 34-point win against the struggling Darebin Falcons. 

For the Bombers, it was Reese Sutton that impressed with 22 disposals, eight tackles and a goal. Mia-Rae Clifford was lively inside 50 with her three goals and Grace Dicker continues to show off her pressure game with 14 tackles.

Angelica Gogos found plenty of the football for the Falcons, finishing with 32 disposals and 15 tackles in her side's tough loss. 

Williamstown v Carlton 

Williamstown kept its finals chance alive with a dominant performance over Carlton, winning by 38 points at home. 

Sarah Cameron sits atop the VFLW goalkicking tally after she put through four majors. Megan Williamson and Emily Eaves were important in guiding the Seagulls to a win. 

Carlton's Ashlee Thorneycroft laid an impressive 23 tackles in the loss and Maddie Di Cosmo also battled for the Blues, winning 12 disposals and laying 12 tackles. 

WAFLW 

Claremont v Subiaco

Claremont kept its winning streak alive with a 15-point win over Subiaco in Broome to kick off round 12 of the WAFLW.

Matilda Sergeant led the way for Claremont with 22 disposals and six tackles, while Kobi Nichols and Juliet Kelly were also commended for their efforts. 

For Subiaco, it was Tarnica Golisano and Eva Popovsky who did their best to keep their side in the contest. 

South Fremantle v Peel Thunder

South Fremantle enjoyed a big 68-point win over Peel Thunder at Fremantle Community Bank Oval. 

Noa McNaughton had a day out for South Fremantle, kicking two goals from her 17 disposals, and was well supported by Liusaidh Gilchrist and Ariana Hetherington in the win.

Peel Thunder's Evie Cowcher had a game-high 30 disposals in the loss, impressing with her effort that also included 12 marks and four tackles.

West Perth v East Fremantle

East Fremantle pulled away from a fast-starting West Perth to run away as 38-point winners at Pentanet Stadium.

Chloe Reilly was firing inside 50 for the Sharks, finishing with four goals in the win. Ashleigh Gomes led the disposals with her 20 while young gun Zipporah Fish was also in the best for her efforts. 

For West Perth, Taylor Ferguson and Kayla Van Den Heever worked hard to finish with 21 and 17 touches respectively.

Swan Districts v East Perth 

Swan Districts finds itself firmly in finals contention after it defeated East Perth by 52 points. 

Taylah Edwards starred, kicking five goals from 12 disposals for Swan Districts in the win. Ruby Mahony found plenty of the football and Naomi Baker was also in the best for her efforts. 

For East Perth, Melisha Hardy was commended for her efforts in the tough loss.
