CARLTON has suffered a major blow less than a month before the start of the 2020 NAB AFL Women's Competition.
AFLW and VFLW list manager Wayne Siekman will depart the club to take on the role as football operations manager at the West Adelaide Football Club in the SANFL.
FULL FIXTURE Every round, every game
Siekman joined the Blues in May last year after three years at the helm of Collingwood's AFLW team. He was axed after just one win for the season.
The inaugural Magpies AFLW coach had previously spent 10 years coaching in the TAC Cup competition, as well as leading Vic Metro's youth girls squad to national championships in 2015 and 2016.
Katie Loynes took up the role of AFLW recruiting manager in 2019, as well as playing for the AFLW team.

Loynes is set to remain in that role as the Blues commence their search for a new list manager.
There's no set date for a new list manager appointment.
